A family books a villa directly. Brava coordinates airport pickups, confirms requested child seats with the driver, arranges groceries and a chef, and provides the agreed contact during the stay.
What to expect
- Your accommodation stays your booking. You do not need to rebook it through Brava.
- Where you give permission and access is available, we confirm relevant arrangements with your host or property manager.
- We do not manage the property and cannot vouch for its condition. Questions about the accommodation itself remain with whoever you booked it with.
- We only quote for destinations and services we can deliver. If we cannot help, we will tell you.

How it is quoted
Group coordination is quoted for a defined group, duration, destination, and responsibility. The proposal lists exactly which tasks are included. Tasks and expenses outside it are not included automatically, and can be added by agreement.
One organizer, one booking
One organizer starts the request and purchases coordination for the agreed party. Other travelers do not need a membership to receive the services included in that booking.
Access for your travelers
Travelers may be sent a secure invitation, or asked to create a free booking account, so they can see private trip information and add their own arrival details. That is access to their trip. It is not a membership application.
One organizer plans a week for fourteen friends arriving on different flights. Brava collects each arrival, groups the airport transfers, keeps one shared itinerary up to date, and sends agreed updates to everyone—within the scope set out in the proposal.
What it costs
There is no fixed price list for these services because the work depends on your destination, dates, party size and what you ask us to arrange. Your proposal states supplier charges and any Brava coordination charge separately, in the currency you will be charged. Nothing is booked or charged until you approve it.
