Membership
Is Brava Private only for members?

Some inventory is reserved for members, including discreet listings that aren't shown publicly. Most yachts and villas can be booked by guests; members receive 5% off, fee-waived bookings, early access, and priority concierge.
How does the application work?

Submit a short questionnaire at /membership/apply. Our team reviews every application personally — you'll hear back within 5 business days.
Is there an annual fee?

Membership is currently free of charge. We may introduce a member fee in the future; existing members will be honored.
Booking & payment
How do I book?

Pick dates and guest count on any listing detail page. We hold the dates while you complete checkout via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal.
What's the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Inside 30 days, terms vary by listing — your concierge will help if circumstances change.
Can I see prices in my own currency?

Yes. We display in your preferred currency (USD, EUR, GBP, ZAR, MXN, or BRL) but always charge in USD. Set your preference in your profile.
Concierge
What does the concierge handle?

Anything from private chefs and transfers to event planning, restaurant bookings, and bespoke experiences. Members get priority — your requests jump to the top of the queue.
How do I reach my concierge?

Through the in-app inbox at /dashboard/concierge, or via WhatsApp once you've opted in. Members also receive a direct email line.
For partners
How do I list my yacht or villa?

Sign up as a partner, complete your KYC at /vendor/profile, and submit a listing. Brava reviews every listing personally before it goes live to members.
How are payouts handled?
+
In v1, settlements are handled manually each month by your account manager. We're moving to automated payouts as volume grows.
